Another of our water habitats is getting popular with the locals. Birds now regularly visit the water habitat that we have created in the back yard.
It’s a simple one. An upside down plastic garbage bin lid on top of a galvanised garbage bin.

We noticed the small birds in our backyard were searching for water, so we created a birdbath for them simply by turning an old plastic garbage bin lid upside down and placing it on a galvanized bin for support.

After clearing, rejuvenating and re-planting some of the terrace gardens in the previous weeks, we continued to work on the other(larger) terrace gardens.
This included adding a ‘pond’ as a water habitat in one of the gardens.
